Sales Excecutive (Hunter) - Printing Industry

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (Hunter) to join our growing team in the printing industry. Based in Barcelona, this role is focused on new business development, targeting clients across Spain and French-speaking markets.

The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with a strong ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the printing and graphic arts sector
• Actively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Spanish and French-speaking markets
• Present and promote the company's printing solutions and services
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Requirements

• Proven experience as a hunter sales profile (new business acquisition)
• Background in the printing, packaging, or graphic arts industry is highly desirable
• Native or bilingual level of Spanish and French (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed
• Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
