Branch Colleague – Full Time

Location: Gateshead & surrounding areas

Salary: £26,624 + uncapped bonus

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Branch Colleagues. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career within a successful high street service retailer.

You will work across multiple branches once fully trained, delivering a range of services and providing excellent customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing outstanding customer service

Delivering a variety of in-store services, including:

Key cutting

Watch and mobile phone repairs

Engraving

Shoe repairs

Photo processing

Maintaining high store standards

Supporting team members across different locations

What We're Looking For

A positive attitude and fun personality

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A willingness to learn new skills

A smart and professional appearance

A full driving licence and access to your own transport

No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.
