About the Role
We are looking for an AI Video Production Specialist to support our creator and brand campaigns by generating short-form video content using AI video generation tools.
This person will work closely with Campaign Managers, who will provide the campaign brief, brand requirements, product details, creator direction, and video concept. The AI Video Production Specialist will then turn those inputs into strong AI-generated video drafts, including prompts, visual scenes, creative variations, and polished outputs for internal and client review.
This role is ideal for someone who understands short-form video, creator-led content, visual storytelling, and how to use AI tools to bring creative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Campaign Managers to understand campaign briefs, brand goals, target audience, product details, creator direction, and deliverable requirements.
Translate campaign ideas and creative briefs into clear AI video prompts.
Generate AI video drafts using text prompts, reference images, product images, brand assets, and written concepts.
Create multiple video variations for each concept, including different hooks, scenes, backgrounds, pacing, camera angles, product moments, and visual styles.
Review AI-generated outputs and select the strongest versions based on brand alignment, visual quality, short-form video fit, and campaign objectives.
Refine prompts when the output is inaccurate, off-brand, visually weak, or does not follow the concept correctly.
Work with Campaign Managers to adjust videos based on internal feedback, brand feedback, or creative direction.
Maintain organized files, prompts, versions, references, and final outputs for each campaign.
Build a prompt library and best-practice guide for the team's AI video generation process.
Stay updated on new AI video tools, creative trends, and short-form video formats.

The AI Video Production Specialist should provide:
Suggested AI prompt direction

Notes on what worked / did not work
Revised versions based on feedback
Final AI-generated video drafts

Required Experience
Hands-on experience using AI tools for video generation, image generation, creative editing, or prompt-based content creation.
Strong understanding of short-form video content, including hooks, pacing, creator-style storytelling, native visuals, and social-first creative trends.
Ability to write detailed prompts that guide AI tools toward the right scene, mood, action, product placement, camera movement, and visual style.
Basic understanding of brand campaigns, creator marketing, UGC, paid social, or social media content.
Strong attention to detail when reviewing AI-generated outputs for mistakes, awkward visuals, off-brand details, or unrealistic scenes.
Ability to work quickly across multiple campaigns and manage feedback rounds.
Comfortable working with Campaign Managers, Creative Directors, editors, and other internal teams.
Preferred Experience
Experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Sora, Pika, Kling, Midjourney, Firefly, Canva AI, CapCut AI, or similar platforms.
Experience in influencer marketing, social media agencies, creative production, UGC, or paid social advertising.
Basic video editing skills, including trimming, formatting, captions, sound selection, and exporting assets.
Experience working with CPG, beauty, lifestyle, entertainment, travel, retail, or similar brands.
What Success Looks Like
Campaign Managers can pass a clear creative idea or brief, and this person can turn it into usable AI-generated video drafts.
The team has a smoother workflow for testing AI-generated creative concepts.
AI outputs feel native to short-form video, visually strong, and aligned with the campaign direction.
The person can generate multiple creative options quickly, instead of only one version.
Prompts, outputs, and feedback are organized so the team can learn and improve over time.
AI-generated videos can be used as creative support for pitches, prototypes, campaign add-ons, or internal concept development.
