About the Role: 

Are you confident, camera-ready, and full of energy? Do you love engaging audiences, showcasing cool products, and creating live entertainment? We are looking for charismatic TikTok Shop Live Hosts to join our Estonia-based team and bring our e-commerce experience to life.

If you've got acting chops, sales skills, or a flair for storytelling and you live and breathe TikTok this opportunity is for you.

Your Responsibilities

• Host live shows on TikTok Shop with energy, authenticity, and charm.
• Showcase a wide range of products with enthusiasm from lifestyle to tech to trending essentials.
• Connect with the audience through real-time interaction, storytelling, and clear call-to-actions.
• Drive product interest and conversions by clearly explaining features, benefits, and uses.
• Keep the vibe lively and fun, adapting quickly to audience reactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with our content and e-commerce team to ensure each live stream reflects our brand identity and achieves performance goals.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve show flow, content, and engagement strategies. 

What were are Looking for: 

• Fluent in English 
• Based in Tallinn, Estonia must be a local hire
• Previous experience in one or more of the following:
  • Acting, theater, entertainment
  • In-store sales (e.g., fashion, electronics, cosmetics)
  • Customer service or hospitality
  • TikTok content creation / Live streaming
  • Social media & influencer marketing
  • E-commerce or online sales
• Comfortable in front of the camera, with a confident and expressive personality
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Fluent/native in other languages is a bonus: French, German, Spanish, Italian, and any other European languages. 

Contract Type: 

• Flexible hiring format: Freelance / FIE / Entrepreneur account (Self-employed)
• Compensation structure to be discussed (hourly model)
