About the role:
- Oversee Marketing Associate and UX Designer.
- Automated Email marketing/ Monthly newsletter.
- Design content and write captions for the agency’s paid media efforts.
- Install tracking pixels to track the success of the marketing strategy.
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
- Assist with organizing promotional events.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing metrics and present to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with VP of Sales.
- Working knowledge with CRM programs (Hubspot).
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for upcoming launches, including promotional materials, content plans, and audience engagement.
- Advertising for the company through paid media.
- Public speaking at events, and focused towards B2B clients.
- Build and manage the whole marketing requirements from scratch.
- Perform any duties when assigned.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strategic output, can analyze large amounts of content and come up with actionable insights to improve our online presence.
- Excellent spelling and grammar.
- Proficiency with SEO/SEM campaigns.
- Profiency with Meta campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must share portfolio or links to previous work done/accounts managed.
About You:
- Minimum 5 years of digital marketing and advertising experience, preferably within the influencer marketing space.
- Fluent in English speaker (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Able to work within the US time zone.
