Job Overview: 

As the Sales Fractional Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets. This is a fractional (part-time) role, ideal for a seasoned sales professional with experience in influencer marketing or related industries. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, with a focus on influencer marketing solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and account management teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with trends in influencer marketing, social media, and digital advertising to position the agency as a leader in the space.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience and revenue generation leadership, preferably within influencer marketing, digital advertising, or a related industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and influencers.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms.
  • Able to work with the US timezone.
