Role Overview
We are hiring a full-cycle 360° Recruiter to fully own the recruitment lifecycle within the Digital Marketing and Influencer Marketing space. This role is execution-heavy and ownership-driven. You will manage everything from intake meeting to onboarding.
In addition, you will occasionally support administrative and operational coordination when required.
Key Responsibilities
1- Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition – 360° Ownership (First Scope)
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offer stage, and onboarding follow-up.
- Conduct detailed intake discussions with hiring managers to clarify KPIs, technical expectations, performance benchmarks, and role scope.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, direct outreach, referrals, and competitor mapping, not relying only on inbound applications.
- Conduct structured HR interviews and technically assess candidates within digital marketing and influencer marketing domains.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, coordinate interview stages, manage feedback loops, and provide data-backed hiring recommendations.
- Manage offer discussions, negotiations when needed, and ensure high offer acceptance and low drop-off rates.
- Maintain structured recruitment tracking, pipeline reporting, and ensure smooth documentation and onboarding coordination until Day 1.
2- Admin & Operational Support (Secondary Scope)
- Support onboarding documentation and internal coordination when required.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and candidate databases.
- Assist with contract documentation and HR administrative processes.
- Support managers with minor operational coordination tasks when needed.
Mandatory Requirements
- 3+ years of proven full-cycle recruitment experience with 360° ownership.
- Strong experience hiring for Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Media Buying, Performance Marketing, or E-commerce roles.
- Solid understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, ROAS, CAC, CPM, CTR, influencer KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Experience recruiting for U.S. and North America candidates.
- Ability to work within U.S. EST and different time zones when applicable.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capability using advanced search techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously with speed and structure.
