Job Summary:

The Business Development Professional will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and fostering long-term relationships within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of medical staffing, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare staffing sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitive insights.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful placement and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the medical staffing industry.
  • Strong network within the healthcare sector.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
