Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the direction of an RN or physician
- Administer medications and treatments per care plan
- Monitor and document patient conditions
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams

Requirements:
- Valid LPN/LVN license issued by the State of New Mexico (in good standing)
- Current CPR certification
- TB test dated within the past 12 months
- 2 forms of valid government-issued ID required for onboarding
