Job Title: Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Contract/PRN

You'll play a vital role in administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring patient well-being, and ensuring comfort and dignity for those in need.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and assist in medication management.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions accurately.
• Provide support in behavioral health and hospice settings, offering compassionate care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to implement patient care plans.
• Offer mobility assistance and help with transfers to prevent falls.
• Perform basic life support (BLS) in emergency situations.
• Educate patients and families on basic health management.

Qualifications:

• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) license (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be obtained before employment or during orientation).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient safety and care.

Pay: $21.00 per hour
