About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Loan Writer / Mortgage Paraplanner to support loan applications for residential and investment lending. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, client-focused, and confident managing loan documentation from application through to settlement.

You will work closely with clients, lenders, and internal teams to ensure loan applications are accurate, compliant, and processed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, assess, and process loan applications and supporting documents

• Liaise with clients regarding lending options, requirements, and timelines

• Analyse financial information to support lending decisions

• Track loan milestones, approvals, and settlement dates

• Maintain accurate CRM records (Zoho / SFG CRM)

• Follow up on outstanding documentation with clients and lenders

• Ensure seamless coordination between loan and property teams

What Were Looking For

• Certificate IV in Finance (or equivalent)

• Minimum 2–3 years loan writing experience (essential)

• Property or real estate experience highly regarded

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal English communication

• Ability to work independently and within a team
