About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager with a strong background in selling indirect automation solutions to OEMs. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with at least 10 years of experience in industrial automation, looking to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding strategic OEM accounts while identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a combination of account management and new business development, leveraging distributor and integrator relationships to maximize sales potential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic OEM accounts while identifying and pursuing new opportunities
  • Sell automation solutions through an indirect channel, working closely with distributors and integrators
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
  • Navigate complex sales cycles and engage with key decision-makers at multiple levels
  • Stay informed on industry trends and position solutions as best-in-class

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience selling industrial automation solutions to OEMs
  • Strong technical understanding of automation technologies and integration processes
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and drive revenue growth
  • Experience working with distributors, integrators, and other indirect sales channels
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets
