Head Concierge Luxury Residential Development
Location: Mayfair, W1
Hours: 4 on 4 off. 7am - 7pm
Salary: £38,000
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and polished Head Concierge to lead front-of-house operations at an exclusive luxury residential development in Marylebone, moments from Mayfair and Hyde Park.
This elegant collection of residences has been designed to the highest architectural and interior standards, and we are seeking a professional who can embody the sophistication, discretion, and five-star service synonymous with such a prestigious address.
As Head Concierge, you will take full responsibility for managing the concierge team, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional resident engagement, and a consistently elevated experience for all who enter the building.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management

Provide visible, hands-on leadership across all concierge operations.

Manage, coach, and develop a professional concierge team, ensuring a consistent standard of five-star service.

Conduct performance reviews, team briefings, and internal service audits.

Maintain full staffing levels, grooming standards, and operational coverage across all shifts.
Resident Experience & Service Excellence

Act as the principal point of contact for residents, offering a warm, attentive, and discreet presence at all times.

Build lasting relationships with residents, understanding individual preferences and anticipating needs.

Deliver bespoke concierge services, lifestyle assistance, and tailored resident support.

Ensure every resident interaction reflects the prestige and tone of the development.
Operational Oversight & Presentation

Oversee the cleanliness, order, and presentation of all front and back-of-house areas.

Conduct daily building inspections to uphold impeccable standards throughout.

Manage inventory, supplies, and uniform provisions.

Maintain familiarity with building systems, access points, and operational procedures.

Ensure accurate handovers and shift reporting.
Communication & Technology

Oversee resident communications and engagement through the buildings digital platforms.

Liaise effectively with residents, management, and external contractors.

Confidently use concierge and building management systems.
Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety, fire, and security procedures.

Support management with KPI tracking, operational reports, and procedural documentation.

Contribute to ongoing improvements in service quality and operational efficiency.
