We are currently seeking an experienced, responsible and reliable candidate with previous experience working as a Residential or Hotel Concierge, to work at a high end boutique residential development in Fitzrovia, London
Key Responsibilities:
The Night Concierge will be working alone on shift, having sole responsibility for the smooth running of the development and the well being of its residents.
- Provide residents, visitors and guests with an outstanding, uncompromised and exceptional concierge experience at all times
- Be proactive in ensuring residents and their guests receive a warm, welcoming and engaging arrival and departure experience at the development
- Take ownership of the responsibility for catering to residents and guests needs, at every possible opportunity, providing a personalised experience for all
- Serve as a point of contact between residents and their guests, addressing inquiries and requests via phone, email, in-person, or other communication channels.
- Conduct regular patrols to identify and report faults or damage to building fixtures and fittings, including breaches of health and safety and security
- Maintain accurate records and logs for all resident-related activities, including mail delivery, issuing of keys and service requests.
- Ensure that service standards, operating procedures, and quality assurance protocols are consistently followed.
- Proactively address issues before escalation and engage in effective problem resolution.
Qualifications and Experience:
All applicants for this Night Concierge must meet the following criteria
- Previous experience in Hotels or Residential Front of House roles preferred
- Previous experience in a position of significant trust and responsibility, with the confidence and experience to be the sole person responsible in an emergency
- Someone mature, conscientious, reliable
- Outstanding personal presentation, to the finest detail
- Exceptional communication skills, encompassing superb vocabulary, articulation and pronunciation of the English language
- Excellent interpersonal, rapport and relationship building skills
- Superb problem solving skills, with the ability to multi task whilst under pressure
- Ability to maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
