AST Property Manager

Role: AST Property Manager
Salary: £30k - £35k DOE
Location: Wimbledon

We are currently recruiting for an AST Property Manager for a fast growing multi branch estate agency who are achieving increasing market share year on year for the last few years.

Our client is looking for an experienced AST Property Manager to take ownership of the management of an ever growing portfolio of fully managed mid to high market properties located across South West London.

AST Property Manager Responsibilities:

Management of a portfolio of circa 100 residential properties
Arranging gas/electrical safety certificates and EPC's
Collecting and registering deposits with DPS schemes
Arranging rent collections
Processing and managing invoices
Acting as a liaison between Landlords and tenants
Organising and arranging PAT tests
Coordinating inventory checks
Management of reactive and scheduled maintenance tasks
Liaising with and coordinating contractors
Managing checkins/checkouts

Candidate specification:

All AST Property Managers should have

A minimum of 18 months experience as an AST Property Manager, managing a portfolio of 80 - 120 properties
Previous experience within the South West London market
Previous experience working at the mid to high level of the market
Live within no more than a 45 minute commute of Wimbledon
The ability to work on their own initiative and self manage
Be highly organised and a seasoned multi tasker
Have exceptional customer and client relationship management skills
