Position: Receptionist Administrator
Location: South West London
Salary: £25,100
Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30

We are currently recruiting a Receptionist / Administrator for a boutique Property Management company based in South West London.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
  • Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
  • Providing Administrative support to Property Managers by performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, preparing letters and formal documentation
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Candidate specification:

The successful Receptionist / Administrator shall meet the following criteria:

  • Previous experience in an office based receptionist / administrator role
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Excellent telephone manner and skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
