Position: Receptionist Administrator
Location: South West London
Salary: £25,100
Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
We are currently recruiting a Receptionist / Administrator for a boutique Property Management company based in South West London.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Providing Administrative support to Property Managers by performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, preparing letters and formal documentation
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Candidate specification:
The successful Receptionist / Administrator shall meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in an office based receptionist / administrator role
- Excellent personal presentation
- Excellent telephone manner and skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
