Position: Lettings Progressor / Renewals Administrator
Location: Weybridge
Salary: £28k £30k per annum
Days/Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Progressor / Renewals Administrator to work for a high end independent estate agency in one of Surrey's most affluent areas, Weybridge.

Our client is known for working with some of the higher end properties in the rental market and due to the repeated success and growth of the lettings department, they are now looking for a Lettings Progressor / Renewals Administrator to support the Lettings and Management team.

Duties and responsibilities:

The Lettings Progressor / Renewals Administrator will be responsible for the following;

  • Carrying out reference, security and credit checks on new Tenants prior to the start of Tenancy
  • Drawing up Tenancy Agreements
  • Registering Deposits under the Deposit Protection Scheme
  • Arranging deposit payments and rent collections and raising initial invoices
  • Keeping a record of important documents and maintaining the organisation of files
  • Communicating with Landlords, tenants and colleagues to ensure all stages
  • Arranging property cleanings, inventories, and utilities and manage keys for check-ins
  • Monitoring the portfolio for upcoming renewals
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to agree on new terms and conditions.
  • Prepare and issue renewal documents and contracts
  • Ensure all renewals comply with current legislation and company policies

Candidate specification:

The Lettings Progressor / Renewals Administrator should meet the following criteria

  • A minimum of 1 years experience working within a Residential Lettings department
  • Previous experience as a Lettings Progressor, Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Administrator, Renewals Negotiator or Property Manager desirable
  • Have a good working knowledge of the Lettings process
  • Have great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be extremely articulate and well spoken
  • Have excellent organisation skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage data and CRM systems
  • Reliable, punctual and professional
  • Excellent personal presentation
