Salary: £32,000 per annum

Thomas Webb Recruitment is a leading recruitment consultancy connecting exceptional talent with prestigious clients across Londons luxury residential sector. We are currently seeking an experienced Day Concierge to join a high-end residential development in the heart of Mayfair.

As a key member of the front-of-house team, the Day Concierge will be responsible for delivering an exceptional resident and guest experience, maintaining a polished and professional environment, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm, professional, and personalised welcome to residents, guests, and visitors.
  • Handle all front-of-house duties including resident enquiries, visitor management, and parcel deliveries using relevant building systems.
  • Support resident move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a seamless and organised process.
  • Maintain exceptional presentation standards across all front-of-house and lobby areas.
  • Coordinate with contractors, management, and suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate logs of keys, deliveries, and resident communications.

  • Liaise with residents to fulfil requests efficiently and uphold premium service standards.
  • Support bookings and management of on-site amenities such as gym and leisure spaces.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with residents, including high-net-worth individuals.
  • Ensure compliance with all fire safety, health, and security procedures.

  • Provide detailed handovers at the end of each shift to ensure operational continuity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Concierge or Front-of-House professional within luxury residential or 45-star hotel environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with concierge or property management systems (SPIKE experience advantageous).
  • Professional, service-driven, and confident working independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent personal presentation and ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
