Job Title: Residential Lifestyle Day Concierge
Location: Nine Elms, London SW8
Hours: 42 hours per week (predominantly 12-hour day shifts on a Pitman rota, with flexibility to work nights as required)

We are currently seeking a polished, service-driven, and proactive Day Concierge to join the team at one of London's most prestigious luxury residential developments.
The Day Concierge will play a key role in delivering an exceptional resident experience, acting as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors while providing personalised lifestyle services and support.
Day Concierge Key Responsibilities
- Welcome residents, guests, and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional customer service
- Act as the primary liaison for resident enquiries via telephone, email, in person, and other communication channels
- Build trusted relationships with residents and deliver a highly personalised service experience
- Support the smooth management of resident move-ins and move-outs
- Receive, record, and manage resident deliveries, ensuring accurate notifications are issued through the relevant resident platforms
- Maintain accurate visitor and access records in line with building procedures
- Manage resident bookings for amenity spaces, ensuring compliance with operating procedures and service standards
- Maintain detailed resident preference profiles to ensure a tailored and memorable service experience
- Handle luxury leisure and lifestyle requests efficiently while exceeding resident expectations
- Ensure all resident requests are accurately logged, monitored, and followed through to completion using SPIKE and associated systems
- Conduct regular patrols throughout the development as required
- Manage key control procedures, ensuring the security of the building at all times
- Assist with resident engagement initiatives and contribute to maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction
- Support onsite events and activities within resident amenity spaces
- Deliver comprehensive handovers between shifts to ensure continuity of service
- Attend all required training sessions and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Concierge, Lifestyle Concierge, Guest Relations Executive or Front of House Associate role within a luxury residential development, five-star hotel or private members club
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and professional manner
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience using resident engagement platforms such as SPIKE would be advantageous
- Cultural awareness and the ability to engage with a diverse resident community
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Ability to work occasional night shifts where required
