Job Description:
Are you passionate about fashion, home décor, and beauty, with a keen eye for the latest trends and products? We are seeking Fashion, Clothing, Home, and Beauty Department Managers with 3-5 years of retail management experience, strong leadership, and merchandising skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product trends and customer preferences, along with a creative approach to store layout and promotions. You should be sales-driven, results-oriented, customer-focused, and a collaborative team player with strong team management skills. Adaptability, attention to detail, a minimum of Matric/Grade 12, and reliable transport are essential. A relevant degree or certifications will be advantageous.
