In this role, you will assist with a variety of tasks, including logistics, inventory management, and supplier coordination, learning how each link in the supply chain contributes to overall efficiency. Minimum Qualifications & Competencies

  • Diploma/Degree in Supply chain management/ Logistics/ Procurement
  • No work experience in Supply Chain required
    • Confidentiality, ethics, integrity and professionalism
    • Basic understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory management
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
    • Eager to learn and adapt to supply chain trends and technologies

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in tracking inventory levels, order status, and shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate stock levels
    • Support procurement activities by helping with supplier research, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
    • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings
    • Collaborate with the logistics team to plan and optimize distribution routes and delivery schedules
    • Help prepare reports on inventory, delivery performance, and other supply chain metrics
    • Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation management
