Overview
My client is a global brand and a leader in their field. The UK Media Manager is responsible for driving all marketing strategies in the UK, ensuring alignment with global objectives and the unique needs of this market. This includes developing and executing localised marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Localised Marketing Strategy: Tailor marketing initiatives for the UK market, aligning with global business goals to drive awareness and growth.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Digital, Revenue, Performance, and Growth Strategy teams to integrate and align marketing efforts for maximum impact.
- Campaign Execution: Manage and execute campaigns tailored to the UK audience, ensuring they meet objectives and stay within budget.
- Media Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with media agencies to create and implement media plans across multiple channels (TV, radio, digital, print, OOH).
- Agency Management: Oversee relationships with media agencies and external partners to ensure high-quality campaign delivery.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing efforts based on insights and data.
- Budget Management: Manage the UK marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed on UK market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
Requirements
- A degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in media planning, campaign execution or operations.
- Expertise in managing multi-market media strategies, both traditional and digital media, with strong analytical skills.
- Strong project management and cross-functional team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage large budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
- Experience working with media agencies and managing relationships and negotiations.
- Proficiency in analyzing media metrics and optimizing campaigns.
- Knowledge of global media landscapes and the ability to adapt strategies to diverse markets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to report to leadership and collaborate across teams.
Base Salary from 60,000 DOE
