About the job Head of Performance Marketing
Our client a leading global brand are now looking to hire for a senior position on their marketing team - Head of Performance Marketing. This position will lead marketing strategies to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and growth. With a strong analytical focus, this role requires a commercially driven professional with experience in fast-paced, consumer-oriented environments.
You'll collaborate with teams like Digital, Consumer Insights, and Customer Lifecycle to boost customer engagement and maximise lifetime value (LTV). You will also manage paid media channels (search, display, video, social, affiliates) and work with agencies to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Execution: Lead and implement marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and sustainable growth.
- Performance Measurement: Use data to track, optimise, and measure campaign performance.
- Paid Media Management: Oversee paid media channels, ensuring effective management throughout the sales funnel.
- Agency Collaboration: Manage relationships with paid media agencies to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
- Customer Engagement & LTV: Work with teams to enhance customer engagement and retention strategies for long-term value.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
- Experience: 8+ years in digital performance marketing, with expertise in paid media and analytics.
- Track Record: Proven success in managing large-scale digital campaigns and driving measurable results.
- Data-Driven: Expertise in using data to optimise campaigns and track performance.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and collaboration skills with internal teams and external agencies.
- Paid Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital advertising channels and best practices.
- Adaptability: Ability to pivot strategies in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Customer Focus: Experience in optimising campaigns to drive customer acquisition and LTV.
