My client is a global brand and a leader in their field. They are looking for a Global Partnerships Lead. This role will be responsible for driving the growth and management of strategic partnerships that align with the our clients brand and business objectives, with a focus on revenue generation and market expansion. The role involves negotiating, managing, and sustaining partnerships with various stakeholders to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Partnership Development & Management: Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with assigned goals. Collaborate closely with various teams to integrate partnership activities into broader marketing strategies.
  2. Marketing: Coordinate co-branded marketing activities with partners to increase brand awareness, traffic, and customer satisfaction.
  3. Marketing & Promotions: Lead the creation and execution of joint marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns and in-store promotions, ensuring they align with our clients overall brand strategy.
  4. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Regularly report to senior leadership on partnership outcomes.
  5. Budget Management: Oversee the budget ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  6. Market & Industry Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and evaluate the effectiveness of existing ones.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing and/or partnership management.
  • Strong analytical and budget management skills.
  • International marketing experience is a plus.


Base Salary €70,000 DOE
