Our client a fast-growing, award-winning digital marketing agency is looking for a Head of Paid Digital to lead a high-performing team of paid search and social specialists. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, results-driven environment and is passionate about digital growth and delivering exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate must have digital or digital media agency experience.
About the Role
As Head of Paid Digital, you will play a critical role in driving performance across a portfolio of strategic accounts while mentoring a growing team. This position requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, capable of developing innovative paid media strategies and ensuring operational excellence across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and more.
Key Responsibilities

Mentor and support Paid Digital team members

Foster integration across paid search and social functions
Maintain and improve the quality of paid digital campaign output
- Lead quality control efforts to ensure best practices and performance standards are met
- Collaborate with internal departments to create holistic strategies aligned with client KPIs
- Streamline operations through improved processes, technology, and automation and identify new tools and tech

Ensure effective budget management across all accounts and clients

Track and enhance team productivity and delivery consistency
Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in paid media (search and/or social)

2+ years of team management experience

Commercially minded with experience managing revenue targets
- Google Ads and Meta ads certified

Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach

Exceptional communication and leadership skills

Passion for digital marketing and staying ahead
