The opportunity

Our client, a well established charity with a loyal supporter base and a solid track record of impact, needs a Partnerships Officer to help keep their relationship work running smoothly. The focus spans corporate partnerships, philanthropy, and legacy giving, and the role sits right at the centre of making sure those relationships are managed properly day to day.

If you're someone who thrives on structure, enjoys juggling a few things at once, and wants your admin skills to go toward something worthwhile, this is a good fit. You'll spend your time split between behind the scenes coordination and direct contact with supporters and partners.

The coordination side

  • Keeping CRM records accurate and current to support pipeline tracking
  • Coordinating meetings and pulling together materials so commitments get delivered
  • Gathering input from across internal teams to support reporting and stewardship
  • Supporting reporting and pipeline visibility that ties into income targets
  • Providing flexible support across several managers and priorities in a matrixed structure

The relationship side

  • Supporting delivery of partnership and donor plans across corporate, philanthropy, and legacy giving
  • Handling supporter and partnership queries professionally and promptly
  • Helping deliver a consistent, positive experience for supporters across every touchpoint
  • Representing the organisation at events where required

The writing and reporting side

  • Producing impact reports, updates, and supporter communications to a high standard
  • Assisting with proposals and broader reporting output
  • Working closely with other teams to keep communication clear throughout projects

What you'll bring

  • Background in administration, coordination, or fundraising support
  • Confident written and verbal communicator
  • Sharp organisational skills and genuine attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with a CRM or database system
  • Able to manage competing priorities without losing momentum
  • Strong report writing ability
  • A flexible, proactive approach to getting things done
  • A real interest in the organisation's mission

Salary from €38,000 DOE
