What You'll Do
As a member of the agency sales team, you'll be instrumental in expanding the client base and maximising revenue opportunities within the advertising sector. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in competitive environments and enjoys building meaningful partnerships.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Sourcing and engaging with new business prospects across the advertising and agency ecosystem
- Managing the complete sales journey - from initial outreach through to signed agreements
- Crafting compelling pitches that showcase value and solve client challenges
- Nurturing relationships with senior stakeholders and influencers
- Keeping a pulse on market movements, competitor activity, and innovation in the space
- Attending relevant industry functions to expand networks and visibility
- Partnering with marketing on campaigns that support pipeline generation
- Maintaining accurate forecasting and reporting on commercial activity
What We're Looking For
- Degree-level education (Business, Marketing, or related discipline)
- Solid background in media/advertising sales - typically 3-5 years
- Demonstrable success in achieving and surpassing commercial objectives
- Deep familiarity with advertising platforms and media buying processes
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Natural relationship builder who can engage stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical mindset combined with strategic vision
- Self-starting attitude with intrinsic drive
- Comfortable with CRM systems and MS Office tools

Salary €70,000 DOE + benefits + bonus
