Senior Account Manager

A leading Dublin-based creative agency is seeking a Senior Account Manager with a background in experiential, shopper and event marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to work across major brands in a fast-paced, idea-driven environment.

What you will do

  • Own the account day to day
    • Act as primary client contact; build trusted relationships and keep stakeholders aligned
    • Run delivery: scope, timelines, budgets, resource planning, and supplier management
    • Maintain and manage projects, protect margins and ensure on time, on budget delivery
  • Lead campaign development and execution
    • Translate briefs into clear agency briefs; lead brainstorms; shape proposals and decks
    • Oversee production for live activations and in-store programmes; ensure H&S/compliance and brand adherence
    • Coordinate internal teams and third parties; plan capacity and additional resource for peak periods
  • Drive growth and quality
    • Proactively identify upsell/cross sell opportunities within your accounts
    • Produce high quality presentations, T&Cs, copy, case studies, award entries
    • Report performance with actionable insights; feed learnings into continuous improvement
  • Operate with seniority
    • Seek sig noff from AD+ on major budgets, pitches, and atypical legal/compliance items
    • Model calm, solution led delivery under pressure; mentor juniors and champion internal initiatives

What you will bring (must-haves)

  • 5+ years in a marketing/experiential/shopper agency, currently operating at Account Manager level
  • Proven ownership of campaigns with live/event, shopper, and BTL components
  • Commercial discipline: budgeting, forecasting, supplier negotiation, and margin management
  • Strong client leadership: trusted advisor, clear communicator, consistent stakeholder management
  • Production knowhow: structures and site builds, print/POS, H&S and onsite operations
  • Confident briefing, writing, and presenting: proposals, decks, T&Cs, copy, and post campaign reports
  • Proficient with core productivity tools (PowerPoint/Slides, Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs)

Nice to have

  • Experience integrating digital/social and technology (e.g., apps, web, SMS) into live/shopper activity
  • Familiarity with Canva 
  • Thought leadership mindset: industry piece, award submissions, or case study authorship
