Lead Event Producer (Fixed-Term, 12 months)

Our client and award winning multi market Events and Experience agency us looking for a Lead Event Producer. In this role you'll lead medium-to-large corporate and employee engagement events from concept to delivery to post-event wrap across live, hybrid and virtual. This is a client-facing, high-pace role with commercial ownership and light team leadership.


What you'll do

  • Own client briefs, shape concepts/programmes, and translate ideas into proposals and decks
  • Lead production: timelines, budgets, suppliers/venues, staffing, run-of-show, and on-site delivery
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects; keep clients clearly updated; manage key accounts event calendars
  • Deliver post-event evaluation and wrap with insights and recommendations
  • Support new business with ideas, scoping, and pitch materials


What you'll bring (must-haves)

  • 5+ years event production with end-to-end ownership of large budgets
  • Corporate events experience (parties, conferences, internal engagement) incl. virtual/hybrid
  • Strong production management: crew, budgets, suppliers; confident on-site problem solving
  • Technical fluency: studio workflows, virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom), collaborating with tech teams
  • Client-facing gravitas with proven relationship building and clear communication
  • Highly organised, fast-paced, detail-focused; comfortable leading juniors


Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Irish venues/suppliers
  • Drivers licence and access to a car
  • Experience building annual event calendars and engagement roadmaps
