Night Auditor - Atlanta, GA

Pay: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour based on experience. Type: W-2 part-time. Location: Atlanta, GA and Fulton, DeKalb, Gwinnett and Clayton counties.

The role

You run the overnight desk and the daily close: audit the day's transactions, post room and tax, balance, run reports, and handle overnight guests. Reliability and accuracy are the whole job.

Atlanta is our headquarters market: hotels, conference centers, caterers and venues from downtown and Midtown to Buckhead, Perimeter, Gwinnett and the airport corridor.

What you do

• Run the night audit and balance the day
• Post charges, run reports, prepare the morning handoff
• Handle overnight check-ins and guest needs
• Follow property security and emergency procedures

What we need

• 1 or more years of hotel night audit or front desk experience with PMS audit skills
• Black professional pants or slacks, black closed-toe non-slip shoes, professional grooming and appearance
• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone
• Eligible to work in the United States (I-9 and E-Verify)
