We are in a phase of aggressive expansion and are seeking a Client Solutions Partner - Experienced Sales professional who is a proven closer and ready to immediately own a key market.

This is a high-autonomy, full-desk recruitment leadership opportunity for seasoned sales professionals and recruiters who are ready to build significant, lasting impact. You will not only drive the acquisition of new clients for our direct placement services but also serve as a strategic partner, ensuring exceptional candidate delivery and contributing directly to our substantial revenue goals. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Client Acquisition & Market Ownership

  • Drive and own the full sales cycle of staffing and workforce services to mental and behavioral health providers within an assigned high-growth market.
  • Lead client intake meetings, strategically gather hiring criteria, and refine precise sourcing targets in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive outbound outreach strategies (LinkedIn, cold calls, email campaigns) to identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects.
  • Act as a consultative partner to clients, identifying their workforce challenges and positioning TWF's solutions as strategic advantages.
  • Participate in and lead sales and campaign meetings, providing insights into market trends, pipeline health, and conversion activity directly to executive leadership.

Full-Desk Talent Solutions Delivery

  • Own the full recruitment desk: strategically source, rigorously screen, ensure credentialing, and successfully close candidates for mental health, behavioral health, administrative, and clinical support roles.
  • Manage a robust candidate pipeline within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), ensuring meticulous data accuracy and timely status updates across multiple high-volume clients.
  • Deliver impeccably clean and client-ready candidate profiles, with precise credential alignment and compelling summary write-ups.
  • Craft high-conversion job descriptions and personalized candidate messaging templates tailored to specific roles and client needs.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Strategic Impact

  • Partner closely with executive leadership on overarching candidate sourcing strategies and marketing & content initiatives that drive market penetration.
  • Oversee candidate credentialing, compliance documentation, and seamless client onboarding coordination, ensuring a superior experience.
  • Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to ensure a streamlined and exceptional post-placement experience for candidates and clients.
  • Proactively identify emerging hiring trends, anticipate sourcing challenges, and capitalize on strategic opportunities within assigned market(s) to optimize delivery.

Compensation & High-Performance Rewards

This is a commission-only position with significant earning potential, explicitly designed to attract and reward top-tier closers who deliver measurable results.

  • Aggressive Commission Rate: Earn 10–15% of net profit for the lifetime of every client you successfully onboard, creating a compounding revenue stream.
  • Performance Draw: Eligibility for a monthly $2,500 minimum draw upon closing 2 clients, providing immediate financial stability while scaling.
  • Accelerated Bonus Plan: Receive structured bonuses and incentive rewards for closing 4+ clients, with escalating tiers for greater achievements.
  • Proven Six-Figure Track: Experienced professionals consistently closing 1–2 deals/month are routinely pacing toward $100,000+ in annual earnings, with top performers significantly exceeding this.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3+ years of proven, business development experience in full-cycle recruitment (staffing agency or internal talent acquisition), healthcare sales, or B2B services.
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully closing deals and directly contributing to revenue growth.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms to manage complex pipelines.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal) with an innate ability to build rapport, influence, and ensure meticulous follow-through.
  • A highly autonomous, self-starter mindset coupled with a strong collaborative work ethic.
  • Based in or near one of The Wilkinson Firm’s key expansion markets, with strong local market knowledge or an established network (remote flexibility applies within these regions).
  • Unyielding motivation within a commission-only, performance-driven environment.
  • Deep understanding and comfort with the direct placement recruitment model.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in a leadership, management, or mentorship capacity within a sales or recruitment team.
  • Extensive experience or significant exposure to HR support functions such as onboarding, compliance, or employee relations.
  • In-depth familiarity with the complex dynamics of mental and behavioral health organizations, community health centers, nonprofits, or other service-based sectors.
