Post-2024 mental health parity enforcement plus rising EAP utilization have created sophisticated buyer demand we want to meet credibly. We need EAP and behavioral health benefit consultants who can walk an employer through program design, vendor selection, and utilization analysis.
Who we want
EAP and behavioral health benefit consultants with 5+ years experience. Former Lyra, Modern Health, Spring Health, or Talkspace operators welcome. Former in-house benefits leaders at mid-market employers welcome. CEBS or SHRM-CP plus BH credential preferred. You have designed mental health benefit programs that actually got utilized, not just bought.
What you would do
- Design employee mental health programs for client employers (corporate, healthcare, hospitality)
- EAP architecture and vendor evaluation
- Benefit utilization analysis and ROI reporting
- Mental health benefit RFP support for client employers
- Compliance review against mental health parity rules
Engagement structure
$0 retained. $100-175/hr when engaged on client work. Alternate: $2-5K/mo retainer per managed client for ongoing program management. Referral fee on sourced clients.
