About The Wilkinson Firm

TWF's Premium Hospitality and Event Staffing division runs captain-led, W-2 teams at hotels, venues, caterers, and corporate events. Each market needs a Hospitality Operations Manager who owns day-of execution: captain coordination, client onsite presence, escalations, and shift logistics.

Who we want

Hospitality operators with field-leadership background. Former banquet captains, hotel F&B managers, event ops leaders, or catering operations directors. You know how to walk a ballroom 60 minutes before doors open, brief a team of 40, and adapt when the client changes the menu at 4 PM.

What you would do

  • On-site execution for TWF events in your market
  • Captain coordination and shift logistics
  • Client onsite presence and escalation handling
  • Pre-event planning calls with clients
  • Post-event reporting to TWF leadership
  • Quality assurance against TWF service standards

Compensation

$0 retainer. 3-5% of event revenue for events you personally manage. Optional $50-90/hr for pre-event planning hours. Self-funding because your pay attaches to events you execute.
