Residential Cleaner - Charlotte, NC

Pay: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience. Type: W-2 part-time. Location: Charlotte, NC and Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Union, Gaston and York counties.

The role

You clean private homes and short-term rentals on a route: kitchens, baths, floors, dusting, linens and turnover resets, to a written checklist with photo confirmation. Experienced cleaners only.

Charlotte is our next full market: uptown hotels, the convention district, University City, and the clubs and venues around the region.

What you do

• Complete each home to the written checklist
• Handle turnover resets for short-term rentals
• Photo-confirm completion and report damage or supply needs
• Represent the firm professionally in clients' homes

What we need

• 1 or more years of professional residential or short-term-rental cleaning experience
• Black professional pants or slacks, black closed-toe non-slip shoes, professional grooming and appearance
• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone
• Eligible to work in the United States (I-9 and E-Verify)
• Ability to pass a background check; you will be trusted in clients' homes
