Strike Credentialing Specialist
Job Description:
Strike Credentialing Specialist (PH-Based)
Strike Response Credentialing Team | US Strike RN Recruiting
People Avenue is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strike Credentialing Specialist to join our team for a critical, high-stakes project. This is a temporary, project-based role requiring you to be on-call and work entirely from home.
About the Strike Credentialing Team
People Avenue's Strike Credentialing Team is a specialized unit dedicated to ensuring audit-ready compliance in a rapid-deployment environment. We support critical facility operations by ensuring all clinicians are 100% vetted and compliant within incredibly tight windows. Operating under a "Zero Room for Error" mandate, our team moves faster and more accurately than traditional travel nursing models. Because these assignments are mission-critical, you will act as the final line of defense, ensuring that our clinicians are compliant and ready for rapid deployment without a single document falling through the cracks.
What You'll Do
- Credentialing & Compliance:
- Manage the end-to-end credentialing process, including primary source verification (NURSYS, license checks, etc.).
- Maintain 100% compliance with Joint Commission (TJC) standards and client-specific labor dispute protocols.
- Ensure all files are "audit-ready" and fully vetted before submission.
- Execute high-volume file management within 24–72 hour windows.
- Cross-Functional Support:
- Recruiter Collaboration: Work in lockstep with recruiters and clinical teams to resolve missing documentation instantly.
- Onboarding & Deployment: Assist in streamlining the onboarding workflow, ensuring clinicians are "travel-ready" for immediate deployment.
- Clinician Care: Act as a secondary point of contact for clinicians regarding compliance-related questions to ensure a smooth transition to their assignment.
- Dynamic Pivot: Pivot fluidly between credentialing tasks, documentation audits, and recruitment support as project priorities shift.
What We're Looking For
- Philippines-based candidates only.
- Specific Experience: Must have a background in Strike Nurse Recruiting or Travel RN Credentialing. You must understand the unique speed and regulatory pressure of labor disputes.
- Technical Setup:
- Own Device: A reliable computer/laptop capable of running multiple high-speed web applications and secure databases.
- Stable Internet: High-speed, stable internet connection is mandatory for this remote role.
- Detail Obsession: A "zero-error" mentality—in a strike scenario, a single missing document can stall an entire deployment.
- Urgency: Ability to work extended hours during the initial "surge" phase of the project.
- Resilience: Ability to perform under high-pressure, time-sensitive conditions.
Role Details
- Project-based contract: 1–8 weeks, depending on project scope and needs.
- Schedule: On-call availability is required to meet urgent project needs.
- Location: Work From Home (WFH).
- Compensation: Weekly pay, with a performance-based project bonus provided at the successful completion of the project.
