Strike RN Recruiter

 Job Description:

Strike Response Recruiting Team | US Strike RN Recruiting

People Avenue is expanding our Strike Response Team and is looking for high-performance professionals with a background in US Travel RN recruitment, credentialing, and compliance.

About the Strike Response Team

People Avenue's Strike Response Team is a specialized unit dedicated to high-stakes, rapid-deployment healthcare staffing. We support critical facility operations by filling time-sensitive "Strike" positions, where registered nurses are recruited to provide essential coverage during labor union work stoppages.

Operating under a "Zero Room for Error" mandate, our team moves faster and more accurately than traditional travel nursing models. Because these assignments are mission-critical and time-bound, we require an agile approach to the full clinician lifecycle. Our team members do not just source and screen; they act as the bridge between clinical qualification, expedited credentialing, and ongoing clinician care, ensuring our facilities remain fully staffed and our clinicians are deployment-ready in record time.

What You'll Do

  • Screening:
    • Lead high-volume outreach and engage candidates via our automated "Freda" AI companion.
    • Review self-nomination forms and resumes to filter candidates and verify completeness.
    • Verify clinical competency, including reviewing required certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP).
    • Ensure candidate Skills Checklists are completed and accurate.
    • Finalize submissions to the "Clinical" stage for facility review.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Pivot dynamically between functions as project priorities shift:
    • Credentialing & Compliance: Manage the end-to-end credentialing process, including primary source verification, pre-submission audits, and ensuring 100% compliance with client-specific requirements.
    • Onboarding & Deployment: Guide clinicians through the onboarding workflow, ensuring they are "travel-ready" and fully prepared for rapid deployment.
    • Clinician Care: Act as a primary point of contact for clinicians, providing clear communication and support during their assignment to ensure retention and high performance.
    • Dynamic Pivot: Pivot fluidly between these functions as project priorities shift to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure a seamless experience for both the facility and the clinician.

What We're Looking For

  • Philippines-based candidates only.
  • Technical Setup:
    • Own Device: A reliable computer/laptop capable of running multiple high-speed web applications and secure databases.
    • Stable Internet: High-speed, stable internet connection is mandatory for this remote role.
  • Proven experience in US Travel RN recruitment
  • Strike/Rapid Response recruiting experience is highly preferred.
  • Adaptability: Ability to switch tasks quickly between recruitment, compliance, and clinician support.
  • Detail Obsession: A "zero-error" mentality—in a strike scenario, a single missing document can jeopardize an entire deployment.
  • Urgency: Ability to work extended hours during the initial "surge" phase of the project.
  • Resilience: Ability to perform under high-pressure, time-sensitive conditions.

Role Details

  • Project-based contract: 0–4 weeks, with possible extension.
  • Weekly pay: Competitive base pay + project completion bonuses.
  • Environment: Fast-paced, high-volume, and mission-critical.
