Role Purpose
The Graphic Designer (Bilingual) is responsible for creating visually compelling, brand-aligned content across digital and print platforms. This role combines high-level design execution with linguistic precision, translating complex concepts into impactful visuals for executive-level presentations, marketing campaigns, and site-specific collateral.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and brand localization, ensuring that our visual assets are both effective and culturally resonant for our Japanese-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Executive Visuals

  • Executive Presentations: Design high-impact pitch decks, presentations, and corporate reports that maintain a professional, executive-level aesthetic.
  • Marketing Collateral: Develop brochures, social media templates, and marketing materials that drive engagement and storytelling.
  • Specialized Assets: Create detailed aerial and location maps for marketing materials and site-specific project communications.
  • Visual Storytelling: Translate complex concepts into clear, visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts.

Localization & Content Support

  • Japanese Content Localization: Translate and adapt marketing materials and written content into Japanese, ensuring accuracy, tone, and cultural relevance (not limited to automated translation).
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain visual and stylistic consistency across all design assets, ensuring global brand standards are met across all regional touchpoints.
  • Collaborative Execution: Work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute integrated marketing projects.

Competencies & Attributes

  • Design Expertise: Strong eye for layout, typography, and color theory. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Language Proficiency: Native or highly fluent in Japanese (written and spoken) with the ability to translate and adapt marketing copy accurately.
  • Technical Skill: Skilled in Canva, Figma, and modern AI creative platforms.
  • Professionalism: Experience designing for corporate/executive environments (pitch decks, business proposals).
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to quality, particularly regarding the translation and adaptation of creative assets.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines, and adapting to a dynamic, high-volume workflow.

Work Hours & Attendance

  • Work Days: Monday to Friday
