Referral Bonus Amount: $500

At Theory Recruitment, we value the contributions of our team and network of professionals who help us find exceptional talent. To encourage referrals and foster collaboration, we offer a Referral Bonus to those who refer candidates that are successfully placed through our recruitment process.

Eligibility:

1. The referred candidate must not be an existing applicant or in our active recruitment process.
   
2. The referred candidate must be successfully placed with a client through Theory Recruitment's services.

Referral Bonus Payment:

• Upon successful placement of the referred candidate, the referring individual will be eligible to receive a one-time referral bonus of $500.

Payment Process:

• Referral bonuses will be processed and paid out 30 days after placement's start date!

How to Make a Referral:

To refer a candidate to Theory Recruitment, the referring individual should:

1. Inform the candidate about the referral and obtain their consent to be referred to us.
2. Submit the candidate's information to our internal referral portal or reach out to us directly.
