About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant to lead and deliver SAP HCM implementations, enhancements, and support for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Payroll, Personnel Administration, Time Management, and SAP S/4HANA HCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP HCM implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects.
• Configure and maintain SAP Payroll components including wage types, deductions, benefits, off-cycle payroll, garnishments, and reporting.
• Configure Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll modules.
• Work with SAP Schema, PCRs, PT60, Time Evaluation, and Time Schemas.
• Configure personnel actions, dynamic actions, absence types, quotas, work schedules, and valuation rules.
• Manage payroll calendars and payroll processing for weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls.
• Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, support testing (SIT/UAT), and manage change requests.
• Support integrations between Payroll, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Finance, ESS, and MSS.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP HCM solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–17 years of SAP HCM Functional experience.
• At least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA HCM implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Payroll configuration and support.
• Experience with SAP HR, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Time Evaluation, and Payroll.
• Knowledge of SAP Schema, PCRs, PT60, ESS, MSS, LSMW, Workflow, and Portal.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM integrations with other SAP modules.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and client-facing experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on large enterprise SAP transformation programs.
• Knowledge of SAP best practices and payroll compliance.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
