WE'RE HIRING – OPERATIONS MANAGER

Role Overview

Ingenuity Technologies Group Inc. is seeking a proactive, highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across client management, staff outsourcing, recruitment, workforce coordination, contracts, business development and operational reporting.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong ownership, follow-through and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring clients are satisfied, employees are supported and operational targets are achieved. The role is expected to manage measurable outcomes rather than simply activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure key deliverables are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Manage corporate client relationships, service requirements, staffing needs, renewals and operational concerns.
  • Oversee outsourced employees and contractors, including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, performance, replacements and contract extensions.
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to manage vacancies, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, placements and time-to-fill.
  • Draft and administer employee contracts, contractor agreements, contract extensions, amendments and other employment-related documentation.
  • Support the preparation and tracking of SOWs, service agreements and other contractual documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll information, timesheets, attendance and other required inputs with Finance/Accounting.
  • Support client invoicing and maintain accurate employee, contractor, client and operational records.
  • Support business development activities, including prospect follow-ups, proposals, quotations, staffing plans and new client opportunities.
  • Coordinate IT staffing and technology-related service delivery with technical teams.
  • Monitor operational, contractual and compliance risks and escalate issues that may impact clients or the business.
  • Develop and monitor operational KPIs covering areas such as client satisfaction, staff retention, time-to-fill, placements, contract renewals and account performance.
  • Prepare regular operational and performance reports for senior management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, client retention and business growth.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations, staffing, recruitment, IT services, outsourcing or a related industry.
  • Experience managing employees, contractors and/or outsourced personnel.
  • Experience working directly with corporate clients.
  • Experience drafting employee contracts and other employment-related documentation.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and workforce management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and business management systems.
  • Experience with HR, payroll, CRM, staffing or project management platforms is an asset.
