About the Role

We are building a talent pipeline of professionals for upcoming opportunities in telecommunications, information technology, and technology services. This initiative allows skilled professionals to be considered for future roles across IT support, network operations, software development, cybersecurity, data management, and technical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT and telecommunications systems

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and communication systems

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues

• Ensure system security, data protection, and compliance with IT policies

• Assist with technology projects, upgrades, and system deployments

• Maintain documentation, system logs, and technical reports

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable technology services

• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelors degree, or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field

• Experience in IT support, network administration, telecommunications, or technology services preferred

• Knowledge of network systems, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, or software development

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Ability to work in fast-paced and technology-driven environments
