Summary

The Senior Analyst, Client & Product Strategy Implementation, plays a critical role in supporting the successful execution of strategic initiatives across client engagement, product enhancements, and operational process improvements. This role blends analytical rigor with hands-on project execution, ensuring that strategic decisions are supported by data-driven insights and that implementation activities are delivered effectively.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams to turn strategy into tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Product Strategy Support

  • Conduct research and analysis to support the development of client and product strategies
  • Translate client needs and product requirements into structured documentation and recommendations
  • Produce insights that inform product enhancements, client solutions, and operational improvements
  • Support the implementation of new product features, client programs, and strategic initiatives

Implementation & Project Support

  • Assist in creating project plans, workflows, requirements documentation, and timelines
  • Track initiative progress and maintain detailed project documentation
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, status reports, and communication materials for leadership and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, IT, Operations, Client Services, etc.) to ensure alignment on deliverables

Data Analysis & Insight Generation

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies through KPIs, metrics, and client feedback
  • Build reports and visualizations that clearly communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Support forecasting, resource planning, and performance analysis for products and client programs

Client Engagement & Support

  • Assist in gathering client requirements, understanding pain points, and validating product improvements
  • Support client communications and readiness activities for product rollouts or updates
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, client feedback sessions, and post-implementation reviews

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Data Analytics, Finance, Technology, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, strategy support, client solutions, or implementation roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, JIRA, MS Project)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into actionable insights
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and working in fast-paced environments
