Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Role Purpose:
The UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. This role combines user experience research, interaction design, and visual design to deliver high-quality interfaces that meet business objectives and enhance user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct UX research including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
- Develop visually appealing UI designs that align with brand guidelines and design standards
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centric designs
- Apply design thinking principles to solve complex user experience problems
- Maintain and improve design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design skills
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision)
- Understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and information architecture
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better collaboration with developers
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
- Experience in design systems management and scalable UI frameworks
