Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Role Purpose:

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. This role combines user experience research, interaction design, and visual design to deliver high-quality interfaces that meet business objectives and enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct UX research including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
  • Develop visually appealing UI designs that align with brand guidelines and design standards
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centric designs
  • Apply design thinking principles to solve complex user experience problems
  • Maintain and improve design systems to ensure consistency across products
  • Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design skills
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision)
  • Understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and information architecture
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better collaboration with developers
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
  • Experience in design systems management and scalable UI frameworks
