Job Title: Business Process Analyst

Role Purpose

Analyze, document, and optimize end-to-end business processes across technology and operations to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and support change and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) business processes across operational and technology workflows
  • Develop detailed process maps, workflows, and documentation using BPMN or similar methodologies.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, risks, and control gaps, and recommend practical improvement solutions
  • Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to support process redesign, automation, and optimization initiatives
  • Support change and transformation programs by assessing process impacts and assisting with implementation activities
  • Apply Lean or continuous improvement frameworks to drive sustainable process improvements
  • Ensure process changes align with business objectives, risk management, and regulatory requirements

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years experience in business analysis or process analysis roles
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations and operational control environments
  • Proven experience in process mapping and documentation using BPMN or similar standards
  • Experience applying Lean, continuous improvement, or process optimization methodologies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional business and technology teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting digital transformation, automation, or system implementation initiatives
  • Familiarity with risk, compliance, or regulatory frameworks in financial services
  • Exposure to process automation tools or workflow management platforms
  • Relevant certifications such as CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, or BPM certifications
