General Manager

The Hive Careers is seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead business operations, revenue growth, talent delivery and regional expansion.

This is a senior, results-focused role responsible for translating strategic vision into strong commercial performance, operational excellence and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive overall business performance, including revenue, profitability and operational KPIs.
• Lead sales, client acquisition, partnerships and market expansion.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, onboarding and workforce solutions delivery.
• Manage key enterprise client relationships and support executive-level negotiations.
• Build and lead high-performing teams across Sales, Operations, Delivery and Support.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, margins and commercial performance.
• Implement scalable processes, SOPs, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Drive automation and effective use of CRM, ATS and technology platforms.
• Partner closely with the Founder/CEO to execute strategic priorities.
• Support expansion across Jamaica and the wider Caribbean.

Required Experience

• 8–12+ years in general management, operations, consulting, staffing, HR technology, B2B services or related areas.
• Proven experience managing P&L and/or revenue targets.
• Demonstrated success scaling teams, processes and revenue.
• Strong commercial, financial and operational acumen.
• Experience managing enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
• Staffing, outsourcing, consulting or workforce solutions experience preferred.
• Caribbean or multi-country experience is an advantage.
