Dev Project Coordinator:

The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for participating in and overseeing project initiatives from inception, planning, execution, monitoring, through to completion, as well as ensuring ongoing support and continuous improvement. A team of dedicated professionals manages these projects, and as the business seeks to deliver effective solutions for internal and external stakeholders, it is the responsibility of the Programme Coordinator, n collaboration with their supervisor and colleagues, to drive the planning, implementation, testing, acceptance, management, and administration of these solutions with best practices in mind.

Key Activities:

  • Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on goals and expectations
  • Develop and track project progress against milestones and deliverables.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, issues, and next steps.
  • Develop KPIs for app development and other IT projects.
  • Coordinate feature and user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with fellow IT Department member to deliver and improve services.
  • Meet regular deadlines for projects and monthly activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to identify and solve needs.
  • Participate in response to application issues and client requests, through and with IT personnel.
  • Work directly with assigned supervisor or designate.
