Job brief
The ideal candidate will be responsible for decisions related to technology infrastructure and tools, product architecture and development, and agile culture. The incumbent is also recognized as a technology expert in the industry and is able to create impact solutions for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Strategically and operationally guide internal and external teams Influence people with the agile mindset.
- Manage multiple teams and ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Manage roadmaps, tasks, and timelines to meet established delivery times.
- Build and manage relationships with strategic allies, technology service
providers Oversee the management of the entire infrastructure and tools (including CRM, ERP, Banking Core) to ensure functionality and efficiency. - Effectively balance short and long-term priorities to maximize total value to the organization
- Maintain a constant update of their technical knowledge and be at the forefront of what is happening in technology and development in the world.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field
- 10+ years experience in technology areas.
- Seen as an expert in the industry and knowledgeable of multiple
technologies and languages. - Experience working on projects spanning multiple organizations or business units.
- Experience leading agile teams.
- Experience defining multiple roadmaps and managing their
implementation. - High energy person, who inspires teams to reach
their full potential - Committed to a culture of trust and full transparency.
- Shareholder mindset, constantly seeking opportunities and measuring the impact of initiatives on profits.
