Business Manager/Delivery And HR Manager
Under the strategic guidance of the group, this position provides oversight for the daily business activities and improvement in the overall business functioning of our Group... The Business Manager is responsible for achieving the operational and financial goals of the group. The manager is also responsible for creating a culture of accountability, commitment, and excellence.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/MAJOR TASKS:
- Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity.
- Review and improve business unit effectiveness.
- Uphold standards of excellence and service level agreements.
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
- The development and maintenance of a cadre of certified/proficient and motivated workforce.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion.
- Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve business plan objectives.
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time.
- Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.
- Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of those involved.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- At least ten (10) years of experience overseeing the operations, human resources, and finance performance of multiple teams, business units, or companies.
- MSc. Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience in an industrial environment would be an asset.
