Responsibilities
- Going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
- Manage product returns.
- Ensure shelves are continuously stocked
- Cross-sell products as often as possible.
- Assist in the operation of cash registers as needed.
- Learn about our products and provide accurate information about their features and pricing to our customers.
- Meet and greet customers.
- Other assigned tasks by your superior.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of the retail sales process
- Exceptional communication skills
- Positive attitude and outlook
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Physical ability to remain standing for the majority of an eight-hour shift.
- Flexibility to work various hours
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
