Job brief
The ideal candidate will assist the Marketing department in executing their daily tasks and functions.
Responsibilities
- Ordering and distribution of collateral for the branches.
- Processing invoices.
- Preparing a monthly log of sponsorship requests.
- Preparing cheques for approved donations.
- Preparing monthly foundation reports.
- Arranging branding and booth setup for sponsored events.
- Fulfilling branch requests resources to support sales events this includes social media flyers.
- Supporting the execution of the Walk For The Cure event and related fundraising activities.
- Assisting with the execution of promotional activities and client events.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 CXC's including: Math, English and POB
- Certificate in Marketing would be an asset
- Prior experience in a similar or related field
- Able to engage others in a conversation
- Good communication skills
